About

In 2005, Allison graduated Cum Laude from Syracuse University’s School of Visual and Performing Arts with a B.F.A. in Advertising Design and a Painting minor.

She started her career as an un-paid intern at Deutsch New York creating ads for Westin Hotels and US Weekly and eating lots of dollar pizza.

She then moved to McCann Erickson as a creative assistant in the Spring of 2006, was promoted twice, and was responsible for creating work on Avis, Mastercard, Major League Baseball, among others.

Allison joined BBDO in 2011 to work on the worldwide Gillette account. She was responsible for the TV component of the London 2012 Olympics campaign -- the biggest advertising initiative the brand had ever implemented — as well as an international campaign for Gillette Deodorant and Body Wash. She was promoted to Associate Creative Director in 2014 and is responsible for the new brand campaign for AT&T as well as a new call for entries campaign for the prestigious Art Directors Club.

She has been recognized by Clios, One Show, Sharks, New York Festivals, Communication Arts, Luzer’s Archive, Directory Magazine, Addy's, and one time as Anne Hathaway. That made her all giddy inside.

When she’s not designing ads or binge watching Netfilx shows, you can probably find Allison aimlessly wandering around the Chelsea galleries or at the Marc Jacobs store on Bleecker St. Just browsing, of course

MEET ALLISON

A seasoned Creative Director with nearly two decades of industry experience – most recently at Saatchi and Saatchi NY where she led the creative for Pampers, Dawn and Cascade.

Before being immersed in diapers and dish soap she was a Creative Director at Havas NY. There she oversaw TD Ameritrade, Lincoln Financial, Airiwck and several brands within the Reckitt Benckiser group. And most notably she worked for almost a decade at BBDO NY launching global campaigns for the worldwide Gillette account, while also dedicating her efforts to numerous other brands at the agency, like AT&T, Monster.com and Snickers.

Allison has been recognized at Cannes, Clios, One Show, ADC, Sharks, Addy’s, New York Festivals, Communication Arts, Lurzer’s Archive, Directory Magazine, and one time as Anne Hathaway, which is kind of like the Cannes Lion of compliments. Her work is not only recognized within the advertising community but also translates into tangible business growth for her clients.

Known for seamlessly integrating artistic flair with strategic thinking, Allison is a creative force both in leadership and hands-on involvement. Her passion lies in generating impactful ideas across diverse brand categories, consistently delivering breakthrough concepts and leading and inspiring creatives at all levels. Beyond her professional accomplishments, Allison is committed to mentorship, actively engaging with emerging creatives to contribute to the growth of the creative community.

When she’s not doing all the things mentioned in the above paragraph, you can find her playing with her fluffy dog, Newman, making sure her two daughters and husband aren’t gettin’ into trouble, or aimlessly wandering around her new home of suburban Chatham, New Jersey. And in the time it took to read this bio, you could have already hired her for your next project.
